Fun with two-toned walls

In an earlier post, I said I'm not usually a fan of accent walls, but that this room won me over anyway. It's not technically an "accent wall," as a commenter pointed out. It turns a corner. It doesn't ever end abruptly -- it's framed by molding at the top and by the window frame on the left. I wonder what the other side looks like?

Ah, here we are again! Except instead of an accent wall and a half, it's a half accent wall. I like it. A chair rail along the top would probably date it. Somehow, it's fresh looking as it is.
